Pentax S12Amazon UK are selling the ultra compact Pentax Optio S12 - the world’s smallest 12 megapixel digital camera - for only £69 - The camera features a 3x optical zoom lens, a 2.5″ screen, digital anti-shake, and dynamic range adjustment. The Pentax Optio S12 is available for £69 (previously £139!) in silver or black:


“With a 12-effective-megapixel, 1/1.7″ CCD the Optio S12 aims for the highest quality image and performance. It also comes equipped with Face Recognition AF & AE function, with face selector to enable the user to pick out one face from a group, as well as face tracker. Its new Dynamic Range Adjustment capabilities also add to the quality of the image by ensuring the tones are correct in highlighted or shadowed areas of an image. The digital shake reduction helps the user to achieve blur-free images with sensitivity automatically adjusting to an ISO 3200.”
