Panasonic FZ28Imaging Resource have reviewed the new Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ28 - an update to the FZ18 - it features a 27mm Wide Angle 18x optical zoom lens, optical image stabilisation, 13fps at 3mp, Full Manual Operation, a 10.1 megapixels CCD, ISO1600, and a 2.7″ screen. The FZ28 is available for £245


“True to the line, the Panasonic Lumix FZ28 is a good quality digital camera with a long, 18x zoom. Image quality is excellent at wide angle, and only suffers a bit in the corners at telephoto. Most impressive is the Panasonic FZ28’s low chromatic aberration at wide angle, as well as the sharp corners, something most long zoom digital cameras cannot achieve.”
